Topic: 'green ruler bar' - flashes briefly before preloader. ????

When I preview the viewer.swf and select download simulation to a very low bandwidth, what looks like a 'green ruler bar', aprox 40 pixels which appears at the top of the page before the center preloader for navigation appears. I have changed my document to white and my preloader to black? Has this anything to do with it. These are the small things that take over all else...

sorry / just discovered it is a flash thing with download simulator, apologies :?
