Topic: Background colour not displaying properly

Hello,

I have set the background colour to #000000 (Black) in both the viewer (using pro) and when the gallery was generated. It stays black until I try and embed the swf into an HTML file when it goes a softer grey. Can anyone make any suggestions?...

regards

joel.

Re: Background colour not displaying properly

This is happening to me to.

Did you ever get an answer?

I want my gallery background to be black. I've set it in the FLA and published. It looks fine when I view the SWF but it is grey when inbedded in html. I've checked html page properties and css propertie and it's is black 000000.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Chris

Re: Background colour not displaying properly

you can avoid this with a backgroundimage
just make a black .jpg and then you can set iit in the xml
at first it's still grey but then the backgroundimage is there.
(sry for my bad english)

Re: Background colour not displaying properly

Check you are setting the correct color in the SWFObject line in index.html. The last parameter is the SWF background color.

var fo = new SWFObject("viewer.swf", "viewer", "100%", "100%", "7", "#181818");
