I am one of 2 moderators on this forum. Since SimpleViewer is a free product, I cannot afford to dedicate a lot of my time to technical support. I have to pay the bills too . Part of using free software is the acceptance that you may have to figure some things out for yourself. Expecting 1-on-1 technical support is not realistic.
SimpleViewer is downloaded over 10,000 times a week, therefore there are a lot of requests for help on this forum. I do try to answer as many questions as possible. If I don't answer a question, it usually means the answer is on the FAQ, the answer is no, or the answer is too complicated to explain in a few sentences.
It would be great if the forum users would help each other out by answering each other's questions. Unfortunately that rarely happens.
