Topic: first frame time.

Is there a way to increase the length of time that the first frame is displayed?

My sideshow is set to autoload and I'm having a problem where the pics aren't loading fast enough to keep up.

If I could independently set the time of the first frame, it would be solved.

You can use the 'displayTime' xml option but this doesn't allow you set the first frame time separately. If your gallery is auto-playing before the images have loaded try making them smaller.

Felix - Is this really the only solution? My web host recently moved my site to a slower server and now I am having this same issue. I've already got my images web-optimized and can't shrink them any further. Hell, my entire site, even with 12 AV galleries, is only about 38mb's total.  Isn't there some code I can add somewhere to do something like "delay auto-play until pre-load is done?"

Thanks.
Ron

p.s. Looking forward to trying out AV Pro 1.4 next time I update my site!
