Topic: web page not scrolling when file placed in html

When I place the code on my web page, it takes away the scroll bar allowing me to move the page up and down? Any ideas?

I made sure that I placed all of the style codes above the {/head} tag and got rid of the extra head and body tags.

Kinda lost......

Remove the 'overflow: hidden;' line in the CSS
