go to: 2004 / Private / test.jpg - menu appear on the top
go to: 2004 / Private / strona - menu appear on the top
go to: 2004 / House - menu appear under the page.  :-(

How to change it ?

What do you mean, menu to the top? Do you mean you want the thumbnails on the top? You have to be more specific with your questions.

I've solution already it's olnly one line in the script:
fo.addParam("wmode", "opaque");
