Topic: Getting rid of the underlines

Is there a way to get rid of the link underlines that SVM adds to your commentary when you let it link to a larger image? I do have the "no underlines" thing in the basic CSS of the page, but they still show up in the Simple Viewer anyway.

Thanks a lot!

Since version 1.2.0 of svManager, the underlines can be turned off. Edit the svmanager/includes/constants.php file and locate the line:

define('UNDERLINE_CAPTION_LINKS', true);

Change this to:

define('UNDERLINE_CAPTION_LINKS', false);

Re: Getting rid of the underlines

Jack, Perhaps I am blind but I do not see this in the latest version (July 2009) ?

Is there a other way to get rid of the Underlines ?

Re: Getting rid of the underlines

Don't worry, it's not your eyesight.

The earlier post is out of date since the settings for individual viewers have moved. Look in svmanager/plugins/simpleviewer/settings.php. The name of the constant has also changed a little:

define('SV_UNDERLINE_CAPTION_LINKS', true);

Re: Getting rid of the underlines

Thanks for the reply,

It is not working the way I want it to.

I want to remove the underline(s) from the Gallary index page.

Re: Getting rid of the underlines

Oh – right – thought you meant the links in the galleries themselves.

Edit svmanager/index.php and add the following code to the css rules between the <style> and </style> tags:

a &#123;
  text-decoration&#58; none;
&#125;
