Topic: Firefox does not understand 100% for height and width

Hi, I'm trying to use SimpleViewer on my website.
I use new swfobject.js (older flashobject.js gives the same results).
I use the following code:
var so = new FlashObject("viewer.swf", "viewer", "100%", "100%", "6", "#000000");
It works very well for IE. However firefox, safari, etc. do not get 100% correct. It looks like those browsers thinks it is 100px instead of 100%.
If I replace it with "600" - it looks much better.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Re: Firefox does not understand 100% for height and width

You are seeing an issue where different browsers render CSS heights differently. Make sure you have specified the height of the DIV that contains the SWF in the CSS. Check the index.html file that comes with the download for an example. If you are trying to give your gallery a fixed height, check this example page: http://www.airtightinteractive.com/simp … ample.html
