Topic: Tilt viewer causing wysiwyg web builder menu to go slooooow

Hi,

I have just purchased the pro version, but have noticed something that is messing my website up that i'm building at the moment.

I'm using wysiwyg web builder 5 and have added a gallery using tilt viewer but it is conflicting with my menubar sub-menu's. If i move my cursor away from the TV area and try to navigate using the menubar, all the sub menu's appear but real slooooow. I'm assuming these are two flash applications conflicting. Can anyone please help me fix this. I have set up my page the way i want but don't really want to change to a more simpler menu simply because of this.

I have contacted the support forum of the web builder and they say it's simply a flash issue that they cannot help with. Surely some other people have discovered this issue as well and found an easy solution.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Tilt viewer causing wysiwyg web builder menu to go slooooow

I have found out that making the background transparent within
TV is causing the problem. I don't much care for the default
background though and really hope this can get fixed (bug?)

Currently i am using the pro version via the free version (browsing
to the pro file). If the viewer was integrated into a webpage via
inserting code, would it still do this?

I hope someone can help, as my original post didn't get any replies.
The free version was supplied in a wrapper with wysiwyg web builder 5
but doesn't seem to have the new functions (tilt options etc) so i am
assuming the free version i have (with pro functions included) is an
older revision. How can i get the new functions.

I'm not the technical type and finding entering the code a little
daunting.

Sorry for all the questions.

Thanks

You can turn off the TiltViewer-Pro default background (the radial gradient) by setting the 'bkgndTransparent' option to false. This will turn off the gradient without reducing performance.
