Topic: Trouble with HTML Hyperlink in Title

Here is my code:
title="Click Here <a href=quot;http://www.mysite.com/mypage.htmlquot;>More Inofrmation</a>"

The Click Here part is showing up but nothing else. If I remove the click here then nothing no title shows. Any ideas?
