Topic: Can't see full screen view on some PC's - do I need a codec?

Hi, the full screen view on tilt viewer pro doesn't show on all the PC's i've tested it on. Is there a codec I need to install or something (it's not flash player, the latest version of this is installed on all).

If somebody knows please could you let me know what needs to be installed so I can point users to the fix?

Thanks,

Martin

What happens when you select the 'full-screen' right click option?

No codec is needed for fullscreen mode, just Flash Player 9.0.28 or higher

Thanks for replying, I get an enlarged screen of what appears like a scrambled satallite tv image (lots of random green areas with a few other colours mixed in). I could send you a screenshot of this if you like - will have to do this tonight though.

Sounds like a bad flash installation. Try re-installing the latest Flash player.

Try using adobe's uninstall flash file, before your reinstall
