Topic: Java Digital Signature Error

My user is running into a Java application notice stating it has a digital signature error.

She is running the latest version of Java. She always tells it to run anyway but repeatedly seeing this error is not inspiring confidence that this program works simply and easily.

How do I get it so that error message goes away?

Re: Java Digital Signature Error

What version of svManager are you running? The version number is on the Admin screen at lower left and the current version is 1.5.2 build 090723. If you are running an older version of svManager then the Java certificate may have expired. In this case you can remove the warning message by upgrading  to the latest version of svManager. You can get it using the same download link that you were sent when you first bought svManager. The link is good for five downloads. Upgrade instructions are in the user manual.
