Topic: Z-Index error

I am using a lot of leveling on z in my website and have noticed that Simpleviewer is always on top of everything.
How can I make simpleviewer to respond to a z-index in the DIV. I do know that this is not a problem with flash object but I think that swfobject.js is the problem. Is there any solution for this besides not to use swfobject.js.

thx for any advice
Hans

Re: Z-Index error

Have you tried:

#flashContent { position: absolute; z-index: 0; }

Also you can set the wmode for the flash to will fix the z-index issue, I know transparent works, but I believe opaque will work too. Just add one of the options below just before fo.write(); in your HTML.

fo.addParam("wmode", "transparent");
//or
fo.addParam("wmode", "opaque");
