Topic: Can't get Simple Viewer to work (X Appears on images and thumbs)

Hi all, i cannot get Simple Viewer to work at all.

I am attempting to upload it to a PHP site.
I have photoshop to edit the images.

Offline using the viewer.swf everything works fine..locally is ridiculous so i wont even go into that. and online i just get the error X's over every image and thumbnail.
I found the photoshop script, ran that and imported those files, still nothing.
I constantly clear my data so it refreshes properly so i can rule that one out as well.

I have tried embedding it the way the old designer did and the way simple viewer says it should be done (the swf wont even show doing it that way)

The old web designer had got 1 page working, no idea how though and dont have any details to get in touch with him.

the site i am trying to get to work is:

Re: Can't get Simple Viewer to work (X Appears on images and thumbs)

Is there a reason are you embed vs SWFObject? SWFObject is the supported embedding solution for SimpleViewer. … viewer.swf gives a 404 looks like you need to point to instead.

   <div id="flashcontent">
            <embed src="flash-gallery/winch-gallery/viewer.swf"
            bgcolor=#ffffff WIDTH=576 HEIGHT=207

<div id="flashcontent">SimpleViewer requires JavaScript and the Flash Player. <a href="">Get Flash.</a></div>
<script type="text/javascript">
        var fo = new SWFObject("viewer.swf", "viewer", "576", "207", "8", "#181818");
