Topic: SVmanager Galleries Index

Hello,

I am trying to integrate the index page in an existing HTML page.
Doesn't work a lot. Not like I expected  sad

Please help...

Re: SVmanager Galleries Index

I think we are talking about the automatic galleries index page here not an index page for one of the galleries.

Are you moving the galleries index page as well as changing the appearance?

If you are moving the index page outside the svmanager folder then it's best to move it first following the instructions in the advanced section of the user manual. When you have it working in the new location then you can start to customize it.

To integrate with an existing web page you will need to copy the first block of php code from the standard galleries index file into the head of your document. Then there are just two lines of php code to copy into the body of your html page.

<?php print $adminLink; ?>
<?php  print $indexPage->getHtml($columns, $pathToManager); ?>

The first line just makes the admin link so it's not absolutely necessary. The second code produces the table with the thumbnails.

Re: SVmanager Galleries Index

I just looked at your blog page. It seems that php is not working at all on your server. I'm not seeing the output of the php code, I'm seeing the code itself. That usually happens when the server does not support php.
