Topic: gallery works locally on my computer but not when I upload it.

The viewer doesn't seem to load. I admit I am an HTML simpleton.

here's the URL

http://www.blairbonney.com

Thanks,

Are you using 'Fetch' to FTP your files? Older versions of Fetch break SWFs on upload. Upgrade Fetch or use a different FTP app.

Hey that was it. Never had that problem with Fetch before and I have a fairly up to date copy as well.

5.5.3

The Fetch website says my version is up to date. Thanks for the quick response and accurate info. I would have been totally lost otherwise.

Hi I am having the same problem. However I am not using fetch. I just upload from my local computer to the remote site using winscp and thats works for me. Other pages work but the page swf does not load. I assume the winscp also breaks the swf. Is there any way I can prevent this? Thanks

Also it uses sftp to connect and not ftp. could that have anything to do with it?

the baseURL option is set to a local filepath. It needs to point to an absolute or relative URL.

Hi I am sorry I don't understand what you mean. Could u elaborate? Thanks

baseURL      ""      [Advanced] If set, all relative URLs (e.g. to images and thumbnails) will be relative to this URL.Useful when embedding SimpleViewer in a separate domain than the HTML page that contains it (e.g. MySpace, eBay etc).

Currently I can't access http://www.blairbonney.com so I can't tell you what he saw, but it sounds like you set the baseURL and it is incorrectly set.
