Topic: Complex API control (+ looping gallery)

Hi again !

(I open this topic along with another one ou can find here : http://www.simpleviewer.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=9741)
The subject is positionning the navigation arrow of the main image OUT of the image to preserve it visually,
example done on 1.9 : http://antoinegrasset.com/_site/

To fix this in 2.0 I began using the embed-API example in the pro pack and managed to do this :
http://antoinegrasset.com/_site/SVP/
The green area (which I can applying any shape at) replace the arrows.
I can apply some effect on these button (mouseEvent etc...) also.

But to make it perfect I'd like them to behave like the thumbail navigation
= do not show (or alpha 50%) on the left on the first image of  the gallery (and the same on the last)
>>> Can you guide me doing this throug API ?

Alternative Solution :
To avoid this API trick and get rid of hidding arrows :
Could you explain me how could I set the XML so as the gallery "loop" = if you click "next" on the last arrow it'll bring you to the first image (and click "previous" on the first bring to the last) ?

Thanks !

Re: Complex API control (+ looping gallery)

You can set the thumbnails to loop by setting enableLooping to true.

Using the AS3 API, listen for the 'svImageChange' event. If the image index is 0, then disable your left arrow. Check the 'examples\flash_embed' example.

Set 'enableLooping' to true: http://www.simpleviewer.net/simpleviewe … l#autoplay
