I'm attempting to use postcardviewer from Lightroom version: 4.0 on an Imac version 10.6.8. The webpage I created is uploaded on my website (http://leothomasgarcia.com/flash/); I can view it fine but others can't seem to bring it up. A page with the message "Gallery XML not found" comes up. One consistent factor is they're all pc users. I love using this gallery & really want to find the solution to this problem. Can anyone help? Thank you so much!
Your gallery displays in Safari 5.1.5 on my PC (but not in Firefox 12, IE9 or Chrome 18).
Also, going directly to your 'gallery.xml' file in any of the browsers which do not display the gallery gives the following message:
You do not have permission to access this page or file
Data files must be stored on the same site they are linked from.
It looks like your web host may have hotlink protection enabled on your account. This will break PostcardViewer.
Please contact your web host to see if hotlink protection is enabled and whether or not they can disable it on your account.
