I'm probably missing something really simple here, but I've been unable to change the background color of the Tiltviewer gallery.  I tried modifying the "background-color" and "color" properties in the "index.html" file, but that didn't work!  I'm going for a white background instead of a black on.

Your help is appreciated!

That's what I thought, but the SWF file in the template folder is called "viewer.swf", whereas the one in the Pro folder is called "autoviewer.swf".  Won't that cause problems?

I'm using AV Pro 1.4 and Lightroom 1.4 on a Mac.  I've read through all of the documentation, including Q7 in the FAQ.  However, I still haven't been able to solve my problem.

My question specifically is whether it's possible to upgrade the TTG Lightroom AutoViewer template to the Pro version of AutoViewer 1.4.  TTG AutoViewer Gallery already exports as AV 1.4, so in theory this should be possible, right?

In the SimpleViewer documentation, you provide instructions for how to replace the "viewer.swf" file in the Lightroom web galleries>templates folder.      Can I do something similar with AutoViewer?  The problem seems to be that the AutoViewer 1.4 "index.html" file exported by the TTG AutoViewer gallery still refers to "flashobject" instead of "swfobject".  So I would still have to manually change these links in the "index.html" file, even if I replaced the "autoviewer.swf" file in the TTG Template with the "autoviewer.swf" file from the Pro version of AV 1.4 that I purchased.

I hope this is making sense.  Basically, how can I use AV 1.4 Pro with Lightroom?

I have the same question.

Felix, are you saying that in order to use AV Pro 1.4 with LR one would have to manually edit each gallery that is exported from LR using these steps:

Copy in the new 'swfobject.js' and 'autoviewer.swf' files from the v1.4 download.
Edit the gallery HTML page. Change 'viewer.swf' to 'autoviewer.swf' and change ' flashobject' to 'swfobject'
Rename 'gallerydata.xml' file to 'gallery.xml'
Edit 'gallery.xml'. Add full image paths in the 'filename' values

Is there no way to export AV 1.4 directly from LR, without having to manually update the files each time?

Yep, it works on the demo and somehow it's working in my browser again, even though it isn't working within LR.  It used to, I'm sure.  In any event, for whatever reason it's working now so I'm not going to worry about it.

I have created a Postcard Viewer gallery in Lightroom 1.4.1.  Even within Lightroom itself, the arrow keys and spacebar do not work for navigation after I have clicked on the original image.  So it's not just my browsers (Safari & Camino).

I haven't tried building the gallery manually yet, so perhaps it's some problem with the way the TTG Lightroom plug-in handles it?

I paid for AutoViewer Pro and downloaded it this morning.  I've only just learned CSS & HTML last week, so it's been a bit of a crash course on all this stuff.

I've put up a test page and I'm mostly satisfied with how the Autoviewer is integrated into my site.  Go to cdkarts [dot] com [slash] project to see it.  (Note: the site is not live so many links are dead.)

1) Is there a way to align the viewer box so that it stays justified with the text in my page?  Right now, when I click through the images, when one comes up that has a longer width than others the image box slides to the left a bit.  You can see what I mean with image #2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 in the slideshow.

What I'd like is for the left edge of the image box to stay in the same position, and the right side of the box to get longer (i.e. extend out to the right, where there's plenty of space) when a wider image is displayed.  Is this possible?

2) Along the same lines as above, the position of the navigation arrows varies when the width of the images changes.  For example, on image #1 the arrow is half on the picture, half off of it.  In #2, it is displayed as I would expect, on top of the image with a thin margin (padding).  Is there a way to maintain consistent positioning of the nav arrows in a slideshow with images of varying widths?

Thanks a lot for such a great tool.
