That's because I edited it in Firefox last night! :)

But it's all working now, which is the main thing. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your reply.

I just had a look too - it was bringing in *all* the photos from my Flickr, not the ones tagged for that gallery! And then I tried again, and it went back to "not found".

I think, rather than delete the code, I'll edit the galleries in Firefox.

It's strange, because I'm sure I was using Chrome when I set my galleries up initially! And they haven't changed....

PS: I know that's not a very good tag. I originally tagged them "wivenhoe churchyard" (using double quote marks as Flickr demands for tags of more than two words) but as SV was having a tantrum, I changed them all to the one-word wivenhoechurchyard to see if that help. Alas, the results speak for themselves.

Has there been another security change in the new WP update? I'm trying to get the images in my Flickr account to show in a gallery on my website.

I'm using SimpleViewer and I'm getting this: … s-gallery/

"Flickr images not found."

I've tagged all the photos I want to have with wivenhoechurchyard (as they are tagged on Flickr), and when I set up the gallery, it looks like this:

I click save, I go back to the page that the gallery is on, hit preview, and... "Flickr images not found."

I go back to the gallery, and then see that the tag I entered has gone, replaced with: /

Well, no wonder it can't find the images, it doesn't have the tag! But why the heck is it doing this and deleting the tag from that box?

The other galleries I've put up using Simpleviewer are still working fine (although I'm not tempting fate by fiddling with them).

What can I do?

Oh that's brilliant - thank you! :)

Really pleased with Simple Viewer. It's... well... simple!

I have installed WP-Simpleviewer (and got it working with the new version... I got the "flickr user not found" error to begin with). You can see it here:

The album this is coming from on Flickr is here: … 577831434/

(I made sure all the photos in the album had the same tag).

Now... the point of these photos is that they're photographs of old headstones in a churchyard, and in Flickr, they come with a title, giving the surname/s on the stone, and in the box below a complete transcription of what I was able to read.

Is there any way to include this in the gallery on my site? I tried a similar thingy called "Flickr sideshow" and decided not to use it because there's no titles or info coming over from Flickr with the photos, but is WP-Simpleviewer the same thing?

I've got an old version of my website which uses the method whereby photos are stored in my website files, and that displays the captions well: … pleViewer/

You'll notice the strange page layout - for some reason, if I had the gallery at the top without lots of <br> it was about 2cm high! So another reason to use the automatic feed in from Flickr method.

However, as I want the photos on Flickr as well, I thought it would save time to host the photos on Flickr, then channel them through using WP-Simpleviewer (it's a lot of work adding all those titles and captions - I'd rather not duplicate my work).

But is this not possible?
