Topic: Problem with "sv-mobile-flash" style="height: 647px;

If you look at my page (please ignore the other pages as I'm putting this together on the fly and it's a mess):

and try to click the links or select text below the simpleviewer display, it is blocked by something.  If I right click using google chrome, I see the line:

<div id="sv-mobile-flash" style="height: 647px; ">…</div>

Internet explorer actually shows a space below the gallery as a blue block.

My gallery height is 410px and I have it as that in the gallery.xml (actually gallery.php in this case).  I don't understand where the 647px is coming from, and I don't see anywhere to change this.  I copied the xml settings directly from the minimal demo on the site.

If I adjust it in google chrome's element inspector manually to 410px, it corrects the problem in the page.

I checked and this 647px appears whenever you right click below several of the demo galleries on the simpleviewer site including:

EDIT: I just noticed that this size of the sv-mobile-flash "height" adjusts and covers areas of my site based on how large the window is opened when I go to the page.  So, make sure it's open well below the photo galler part and reload. . . then more area of my site is covered by this invisible overlay. . . i.e. can't click links.

Re: Problem with "sv-mobile-flash" style="height: 647px;

If I right click using google chrome, I see the line:
<div id="sv-mobile-flash" style="height: 647px; ">…</div>

I'm not seeing that in Google Chrome.

You specify the height of the gallery in the HTML doc as the third parameter in the load() call:

SV.simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '500', '400', '333333',true);

Check here for details: http://www.simpleviewer.net/simpleviewe … tml#params

The height in the gallery.xml file is only for use by svBuilder to generate the embed code.

Re: Problem with "sv-mobile-flash" style="height: 647px;

I'm actually using the following:

SV.simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '615', '410', '333333',true, flashvars)

Are you able to select text or click the orange "virtual tour" links under the viewer?  I can't, and when I right click over that text and select "inspect element", I see:

<div id="sv-mobile-flash" style="height: 647px; ">…</div>

It may require you to expand the part that says

<div id="sv-container" style="height: 410px; ">

I can't understand why the heights specified via the style tags don't match the 410px I specify in the load call.

Re: Problem with "sv-mobile-flash" style="height: 647px;

Solved the problem.  It had something to do with the CSS styles embedded on the page.  I rebuilt the page and dropped unneeded css styles and it worked fine.
