Topic: Trouble with Title/Description Text Displaying On Photos V.1.3.1

Hello,

I'm having trouble with getting the Title & Description Text to show up on the Tiltviewer gallery photos that I am working on.  I've gone through some of the other threads here and tried everything I could find and would appreciate some additional help.   

Here is what my Gallery.XML file looks like -

    <photos>
        <photo imageurl="imgs/Julianna-bdComp2.jpg" showFlipButton="true">
            <title>Image 1</title>
<description>My Image Description.</description></photo>
       
    </photos>
</tiltviewergallery>

You will notice neither the title nor description are included anywhere on the front or back of the photo... any suggestions on how I can get them to display properly?

The link you posted leads to an error 404 (file not found).
Please post the URL to your TiltViewer gallery so that we can take a look.

You have set the flipside background color to black:

fo.addVariable("backColor", "0x000000");

... and this is also the default color for the text which is why it is not visible.
TiltViewer Pro users can set the textColor option: http://simpleviewer.net/tiltviewer/support/options.html
TiltViewer Standard (and Pro) users can use HTML formatting to change the text color, eg:

<description><![CDATA[<font color="#ffffff">description goes here</font>]]></description>

Thank you for the help on with that!  Now if I can only get the descriptions/titles to show up on the flipside then that is ok, but is there some way to get the title and/or description text to show up as an overlay on the actual photo itself?  Again, thank you for your time.

No, this is not a feature of TiltViewer or TiltViewer Pro.
