Topic: How to Make Thumbnail Brighter when Hovered Over

I'm using SimpleViewer Pro v2.2.0 on Wordpress using Classic Gallery style.

The thumbnails, when loading, can be set to be dull upon loading, and then become bright when fully loaded.

But I want this to be a feature that stays on permanently - all the thumbnails stay dull until you mouse over one, and when it is the one in focus and being displayed in the main image, the thumbnail becomes bright. Then when you move off it, it dims, and then next one you hover over, becomes bright.

I can't seem to find how this is implemented with SimpleViewer Pro v2.2.0 but I have seen it implemented on other image viewers. Any suggestions or confirmations that this definitely isn't possible?

One way to achieve this would be to use the following settings in you gallery's XML file:

It will have the side affect of actually changing the main image when the user hovers over a thumbnail.
However, it is the only way I can think of to achieve your goal.

You can turn off thumbnail dimming on load via the 'thumbLoadBrightness' option: … tml#thumbs
