My client used the upgrade tool in Wordpress, but that seems to have upgraded our Pro version to the latest free version causing the SimpleViewer branding to appear (which is why we had to restore the site.)
Next time you upgrade WP-SimpleViewer via the Plugins page, that won't happen.
A routine was included in WP-SimpleViewer v2.3.2.2 to preserve a Pro 'svcore' folder if one is being used. (Unfortunately, you were upgrading from a version which did not have this functionality built into it.)
How do we upgrade our Pro version to the latest Pro version?
Download the latest version of SimpleViewer-Pro using the link from your purchase email. Full instructions can be found here.
Then, follow the 'Upgrading to SimpleViewer-Pro' instructions here.
It sounds like this shouldn't be happening though?
I've seen some strange things with WordPress image sorting. (After first uploading images, they display in a certain order in the 'Uploaded to this post' section but going back to that section at a later date displays them in reverse order.)
In the 'Uploaded to this post' section, try just dragging and dropping a single thumbnail into a new position and then drag it back to its original position. This should be enough for WordPress to display the images in the new 'custom' order displayed.
