Topic: unable to generate thumbs

hello,
i'm on Centos 5.

Creating XML and thumbnails for SimpleViewer.

( buildgallery.php version 1.9, running under php version 5.1.6, GD library version 2.0.28)

4 jpg images found in images folder.

Sorting images by date. Sort in reverse order.

   1. img_0439.jpg
   2. img_0438.jpg
   3. img_0436.jpg
   4. img_0434.jpg

Successfully created XML document: gallery.xml

Warning: the useCopyResized setting has been set to true. Thumbnails will be of lower quality. You might want to create the thumbnails yourself in a graphics application such as Photoshop.

Attempting to create thumbnails in thumbs folder:

it doesn't generate any  thumbs.
i haven't made any modifications to the build script.
Please advise.

Are you able to get a hold of a different program to make your gallery?  That may work...
