Hello,

Just downloaded simpleviewer.  I cannot get the photos in the images folder to create a thumb or show in the viewer.  When I browse to /buildgallery.php it says... 

Creating XML and thumbnails for SimpleViewer.

Sorting images by date.
Sorting images in reverse order.
- Created Image Entry for: piano.jpg
- Created Thumbnail for: piano.jpg
- Created Image Entry for: IMGP0029.JPG

However, it DOES NOT created any thumbs in my thumb folder or anywhere else.  The only image in thumb and the gallery is the one it came with "115-1503_IMG.jpg"  All my photos I uploaded are in the images folder on the server, but they do not show up.

What have I done wrong?
