Topic: flash animation only partially showing

I have tiltviewer working fine but the animation when you first bring the page up isn't nearly as involved as in the example, it's as if it's just showing the last few seconds of it.  since the swf file isn't editable I'm not sure how to fix this.

thanks for any help and thanks for making such a cool app available.

it's on my company's intranet so you wouldn't have access to it..
the example I'm referring to is this, www airtightinteractive com/projects/tiltviewer/app/
when I run it on my page there are no white squares and I just see the very end where the loaded pics fall into the grid, and only the very end of that..

when the page loads, you see the white squares where they start from, but they are froze for a few seconds, then it jumps to the end of the animation.. it never show the middle of the animation..

Older, slower machines may have a problem running the 3D animation.

I thought of that, but the example runs perfectly.. If it was just bcs it's a slower machine should they both be choppy ??
