How can I edit the gallery page so it will include the logo and menu?
I can see it on Cpanel but not online.
Also I want to add link to paypal. Is that possible? How do i do that?

yes, make your page with your logo, links, paypal and what not. Then use the example on this page to embed simpleviewer into your page.
