Topic: making inactive photos grayscale?

hi there,

just purchased autoviewer pro and i'm really digging it.

one thing i'd like to do is make the inactive photos grayscale rather than darkened color versions. is there anyway to go about doing this? thanks.

that feature is not supported. You could implement that feature by modifying the source code. Please check the docs, section 2.4: http://www.airtightinteractive.com/proj … #customize

I got quite far modifying Autoviewer Pro (making inactive images transparant, moving the navigation buttons etc.) but this grayscale thing is just to hard for me. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction? That would be fantastic!

Did you make any progress? I really don't like how the darkened unselected images look. They look oversaturated and nasty. I think they might look better if they were grayscale instead. Has anyone been able to accomplish this? I'll willing to pay a little money for the solution. guess I can put it out on elance or something...

do you do commissioned work? what would it cost to get this feature?

Im sorry, but I dont have an answer to your question. However, Im actually trying to make inactive images transparent. whiterabbit- how did you achieve this?
