Topic: WordPress Kimili and FVAR

Wordpress user.....I'm following the Kimili directions exactly, and I've read everything I can seem to find here.  I'm creating SimpleViewer Galleries in PhotoShop CS4. As you will see the gallery is working just fine...

When I go through the instructions, it keeps saying "Gallery XML not found."

I have pasted the following code into my gallery.xml file as instructed in this forum:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?><SIMPLEVIEWER_DATA maxImageDimension="500" textColor="0x181818" frameColor="0x181818" bgColor="0xFFFFFF" frameWidth="1" stagePadding="5" thumbnailColumns="7" thumbnailRows="1" navPosition="top" navDirection="LTR" title="" imagePath="http://brian-copeland.com/nashvilleandbeyond/brianstuff/Pets_Output/images/" thumbPath="http://brian-copeland.com/nashvilleandbeyond/brianstuff/Pets_Output/thumbs/">

What am I doing wrong?  After 8 hours of trial and error, I give up and need your help.

Which instructions did you follow? Did you follow these?

You need to point to where the gallery.xml is located.
Your code:

<param name="movie" value="http://www.brian-copeland.com/nashvilleandbeyond/brianstuff/Pets_Output/simpleviewer.swf" />

how it should look:

<param name="movie" value="http://www.brian-copeland.com/nashvilleandbeyond/brianstuff/Pets_Output/simpleviewer.swf?galleryURL=http://www.brian-copeland.com/nashvilleandbeyond/brianstuff/Pets_Output/gallery.xml">

You need to remove the following form your xml as it is causing your XML to be invalid.

<SIMPLEVIEWER_DATA maxImageDimension="500" textColor="0x181818" frameColor="0x181818" bgColor="0xFFFFFF" frameWidth="1" stagePadding="5" thumbnailColumns="7" thumbnailRows="1" navPosition="top" navDirection="LTR" title="" imagePath="http://brian-copeland.com/nashvilleandbeyond/brianstuff/Pets_Output/images/" thumbPath="http://brian-copeland.com/nashvilleandbeyond/brianstuff/Pets_Output/thumbs/">

Because you are using 2 domains, brian-copeland.com and nashvilleandbeyond.com you will need to make a crossdomain.xml.
