I'm getting the same problem. I'm working on a new site for a customer. Everything works great unless you're using Internet Explorer 7 or 8. It tells you to download MSXML (I use a Mac so I can't remember exactly what the statement was). Then when you click OK, an window that looks like a paragraph form box occupies the space that the SWF should be sitting in.
http://www.arlettelaanphotography.com/n … capes.html is the page with the embedded Simpleviewer.
The actual Simpleviewer HTML page is http://www.arlettelaanphotography.com/n … index.html
I'm using the embedded code provided by the svBuilder.
Everything works great on the Mac (all the main browsers), and on Windows Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.
But no Internet Explorer.
Since I have a studio in a huge mill complex with over 143 studios and 200+ artists, I walked around and checked in on about 10 people who were around, and who were using laptops and computers in their studios. Everybody using IE 7 and 8 had this problem. All other browsers didn't have the problem.
I've also submitted the link to browsershots.org and this problem manifests mainly in the IE screenshots. This is a pretty big concern now because I really wanted to use Simpleviewer Pro, but now it seems it doesn't work for 50+% of the people out there who use IE.
