Topic: Question before I purchase thumbs nav bar cover big visual

Can you confirm it's possible  to position the thumbs navigation bar as a layer above (covering) the big visual?

If yes; is it possible to make it fade away when move your mouse out of that area or going through a transition (next image)

Currently you can not set the thumbnails to fade on mouse out.
