Topic: Masking simpleviewer in flash knocks out xml text?

I was wondering  what is going wrong?  I am inserting  simpleviewer into a layer below  a mask in flash 8 and the mask shows the image thumbnails correctly but not the xml text?  And yes the mask is covering the text area also.  It actually shows up if I take the mask off but when it is on all graphics show up and no text... please help!

SimpleViewer by default uses the system font, which doesn't work well with masks.

Assuming you are using SimpleViewer-Pro, you can embed the font used in the caption and title symbol textfields, which will avoid the problem.

Thanks for that.... That probably is it and I was thinking it was something else.  I am using pro is the caption and title symbol textfields in the options.as file?

After doing a few trials I was able to embed arial and get it to work.
