This demo shows a Link url input field for each image. The svManager I downloaded does not. Is there something I'm missing?

It depends which viewer you are using. SimpleViewer 2.0 and TiltViewer support image links. SimpleViewer 1.9, AutoViewer and PostcardViewer do not.
