Topic: Small White Squares

Some of my web visitors are complaining that some photos turn up in small white squares instead of the actual photos.

Is this got to do with a bug, or is Postcardviewer only support by different browsers types/versions or flash types/versions?

btw, I have installed the latest copy and used the php script to build the gallery.

Any help will be appreciated.
