Is there a way i could make the thumbnails show the whole picture, instead of cropping?

Make sure your thumbnails have the same aspect ratio as the main images and set the thumbWidth and thumbHeight accordingly. From the aspect ratio of your main images, it looks like 147px x 150px would be the optimal size (rather than 150px x 150px) if the larger dimension is to be 150px.
Also, set thumbFrameWidth="0" as the thumbnail frames sit over the thumbnails resulting in less of the actual image being displayed. You might also like to set thumbHoverFrameWidth="0".
