Currently, Adobe no longer supports the Web Module, as emails of mine to Adobe for basic file level assistance remain unanswered from 3 months ago, so depending on that part of LR might not be the most seamless transition to image management. LR advocates like Coalson and Kelby seem to be shying away from the Web module in their classes. When asked in a Houston presentation, the presenter said Web Module was too slow, difficult to integrate, and more often than not led to errors.
