Topic: thumbnail navigation numeric

is their a way to change the thumbnail numeric navigation (for example with 30 photos - LINK)  ;)

30 photos in a 3x4 row, means, that you have a thumbnavigation with 3 sites (12,12,6 photos) and site nr. 1, 2 and 3 ;)

Our goal is to switch between all 30 photos an show in the thumbnavigation the numbers from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,..29, 30 - is theiy a way ?!?

Thanks !!

Re: thumbnail navigation numeric

I am not sure exactly what you are wanting to do...

If you want to display all thumbnails on your page alongside you main image, then you would need to define the thumbRows and thumbColumns configuration options so that the resulting grid contains enough spaces for all of your thumbnails, e.g.:

If you want to have all your thumbnails displayed on a dedicated thumbnail page (from which a user can select a thumbnail to display the corresponding main image), then you can force the gallery to be displayed by the Mobile Player (on all devices and in all browsers regardless of whether or not Adobe Flash Player is available) by setting the useFlash Embed Code Parameter to 'false' (in the svBuilder-Pro 'Customize -> Embed' section).
Please bear in mind that the number of thumbnails displayed on each thumbnail page will depend on the dimensions of the gallery and the size of the user's browser window.
Also, the Mobile Player has fewer configuration options than the Flash Player.

If you want numerals to appear over the thumbnail images themselves, then you would need to create custom thumbnails in an imaging program such as Adobe Photoshop (adding numeric text as an overlay) and replace the thumbnails in your gallery with your custom thumbnails.

Re: thumbnail navigation numeric

Thx for y' first reply!

We know the thumbRows and thumbColumns configuration options, we need our link example options with:
thumbRows="3" and thumbColumns="4"

Our question refers to site nr. 1, 2 and 3 (in our link example);
We want to replace the "thumb-site-navigation-page-numbers" 1, 2 and 3 with the photo-numbers from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,..29, 30 ?!?

navigation now: [<] 1 2 3 [>]

navigation maybe: ?!?
[<] 1 2 3 4 5 [>]
[<] 2 3 4 5 6 [>] after clicking next,...
[<] 3 4 5 6 7 [>] ...
[< 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 [>] to the end

Re: thumbnail navigation numeric

This is not possible.
When setting thumbNavStyle="NUMERIC", the numbers are always the thumbnail page numbers and not the image numbers. This cannot be changed.
You could perhaps use the SimpleViewer-Pro API (specifically the getThumbPageIndex() method) to determine which thumbnail page is currently being displayed and then, knowing which image numbers are on each thumbnail page, display the image numbers elsewhere on your page (using JavaScript).
