If only one image looks fuzzy, then the problem would appear to lie with that image itself. Perhaps there is something about that image which makes it look bad when displayed (and scaled) by SimpleViewer in your gallery.
It may have something to do with the resolution of the image, or the amount of compression or algorithm used when resizing it. Try changing each of these variables to see if any make a difference.
If you are using svBuilder-Pro to resize your images, try changing the 'Max Image Size' and/or the 'Quality' ('Images -> Image Size -> Change...') - the only two variables which you have control over in svBuilder-Pro.
Otherwise, do not allow svBuilder-Pro to resize your images (by deselecting the 'Resize Images' checkbox) and prepare your images in an imaging program (such as Adobe Photoshop) which will allow you more control over aspects such as the resizing algorithm used.
Even though only one of your images seems to be a problem, my two suggestions above may help and are certainly worth trying as they should not take long to test.
