Topic: Mobile mode not launching on Android.

Hi
I'm hoping someone can help me with this, I've had a look around and can't seem to solve this with any of the previous threads. Sorry I'm only a beginner so please be patient with me.

My SV gallery is working great when viewed on a laptop.
I also works well in mobile mode (HTML5) on both iPads and the newer iPhones.
However it does not seem to work on my Android phone or on other people's phone for that matter.

It is really strange, it doesn't work on my S6 edge but it worked fine on my old S3. But this might be unrelated.
I have had several other people tell me they cant see the gallery on their mobile phones.

All I get is an error message saying

Please make sure that you are viewing your gallery over a wi-fi connection and not a 3G or 4G connection on your mobile devices.
